Mrs Stucki-Frutig, could you start by briefly introducing your establishment? What can guests expect from you?
«We warmly welcome our guests to our Nidwalden oasis right on Lake Lucerne. Surrounded by the mountains of Central Switzerland, we spoil you with regional cuisine and heartfelt hospitality. Whether in stylish rooms, the lakeside restaurant, lounge or on the sun terrace, it’s a wonderful place to leave everyday life behind. I promise!»
You have been working with the e-guma voucher system since 2012. How important are vouchers for your establishment?
«Selling vouchers is a lucrative business. By offering a gift voucher, our existing customers generate new customers for us. With e-guma, we have found a voucher system that is professional and very clear to use.»

«We have been at Nidwaldnerhof for 20 years, our establishment is renowned and vouchers are inherently in high demand. When it comes to marketing, on top of our website, we also rely on social media, hotel brochures, sponsoring and an annual Christmas campaign with a 15% discount.»
