Ms Randjelovic, could you please give us a brief introduction to your company? What can guests expect when they visit?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00abEscape everyday life and head out onto Lake Zurich! Our scheduled and themed cruises offer entertainment, relaxation, and culinary delights on board. With 17 vessels and around 120 employees, we provide unforgettable experiences on Lake Zurich all year round. We offer scheduled and themed cruises, as well as private charter services. We welcome around 1.7 million passengers every year. We have been a partner of the Zurich Transport Network (ZVV) since 1990, meaning ZVV zone tickets are also valid on our boats.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the main benefits of choosing a cruise with ZSG?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00abOur fully electric Limmat boats, along with the MS Uetliberg and, from July onwards, the MS Pfannenstiel, glide across Lake Zurich almost silently and without producing any exhaust fumes, providing a uniquely peaceful experience.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abWe use the voucher system online via our website, at our sales locations at B\u00fcrkliplatz and Wollishofen, and on board all of our vessels.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abOur most popular vouchers are for the Brunch Cruise, followed by the Cheese Fondue Cruise, value vouchers, and our themed cruise experiences. Thanks to our voucher system, it’s easy to give these experiences as gifts.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you see as the main advantages of selling gift vouchers?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

How important are gift vouchers to your business?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00abThey play a very significant role. They help us to attract new customers and increase brand awareness. The average order value is also often higher.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The product shop is also impressive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In addition to vouchers, you also sell souvenirs through e-guma. How was the integration of the product shop?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00abWe found the integration of the product shop to be very simple and intuitive. The implementation went smoothly, and every step was easy to follow. Whenever we had questions, the support team was always available and responded quickly and very helpfully.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
