Mrs Stucki-Frutig, could you start by briefly introducing your establishment? What can guests expect from you?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00abWe warmly welcome our guests to our Nidwalden oasis right on Lake Lucerne. Surrounded by the mountains of Central Switzerland, we spoil you with regional cuisine and heartfelt hospitality. Whether in stylish rooms, the lakeside restaurant, lounge or on the sun terrace, it’s a wonderful place to leave everyday life behind. I promise!\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have been working with the e-guma voucher system since 2012. How important are vouchers for your establishment?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00abSelling vouchers is a lucrative business. By offering a gift voucher, our existing customers generate new customers for us. With e-guma, we have found a voucher system that is professional and very clear to use.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How important is Christmas business for your voucher sales?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00abThanks to our Christmas campaign offering a 15% discount, which we run from 1-24 December each year, Christmas is a
very profitable time for us.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your experience with guests who pay with a voucher?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00abGuests with vouchers usually spend more money with us on average. In this sense, for us, vouchers really are marketing that pays for itself.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What tips would you give to other tourism businesses looking to get started with vouchers?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00abA professional voucher system pays off. It promotes guest loyalty and acquisition and is a simple but very effective marketing tool.
